'The staff was attentive, nice and professional. The hotel was clean and set up for the holidays, and very beautiful. Our room was clean spacious and comfortable. The breakfast had many choices and I found what I ate to be very enjoyable. '

'I’ve been in my share of Holiday Inn Express’, but this one in on the bottom of my list. Very indifferent staff (by arrival and check-out). I booked a king and got 2 queens.. further, walls are thin, you can hear conversations in the room next door. Neighbourhood is sketchy. Room was clean, i have to say. '

'My stay had a few inconveniences—the toilet handle in the room was broken, the televisions were older models, and we could hear some construction noise from above. The elevators also moved slower than expected. However, the property is currently undergoing renovations, and I’m looking forward to seeing how the updates enhance the experience.'

'What a hidden gem! Unassuming on the outside, the room was modern, had great features like an electric fireplace and a massive TV, the toiletries were top of the line, and all the linens were so soft. I would stay here every time. '

'Due to a football game, we had a delay in checking in. The front desk was upfront,polite and accommodating with this. I did not mind waiting until they could properly check me in. '
