It consists of a level with an open plan living and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, while two beautiful en suite rooms that can accommodate up to 6 people.



The property has a shared roof top seating area with amazing sea views for all guests.



The apartments has a direct access to the beach.



Your apartment will be located on the first floor and a private balcony with sea view.



On the ground floor is our family restaurant EnElladi, and you can enjoy your breakfast, lunch and dinner.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to all of the accommodation.



Guest have free access on the roof top area and use the BBQ facilities. Please note that the access to the terrace is available from the 1st of April till the 31st of October.



Guests have access on our beach sunbeds and umbrellas. (extra charges would be applied)



This is a house and not a hotel, so please treat the accommodation with respect as if it were your own :)

- After each check out of our guests, the accommodation is cleaned and disinfected by a certified cleaning company

- Our cleaning staff wears disposable gloves on both hands when cleaning and disinfecting surfaces

- We provide disinfectant gels, tissues and disposable napkins

- Check out is no later than 11:00 and check in is 14:00 earlier giving enough time to ventilate the property

- Check-in and check-out can be done without contact from person to person (on request)



The Neighborhood:

Kolymbari is a nice village 24km from Chania on the way to Kasteli. It is located in the centre of the Gulf of Chania, where the peninsula of Spatha starts.

- Gonia Panagia Odigitria Monastery

The Gonia Panagia Odigitria Monastery is located in the peninsula of Spatham which is built as a castle overlooking the Gulf of Chania. - The main church dedicated to Panagia Odigitria consists of narthex and chapels surrounded by a courtyard.

The Gonia Panagia Odigitria Monastery has a great collection of invaluable icons of Meta-Vyzantine Age, relics and other religious treasures. Plenty of signs on the walls testify the importance of the monastery. A cannonball in the wall which faces the seaside reminds the Turkish assaults on the monastery. The single-aisled church of Panagia located in the back of the monastery.



- The Orthdox Academy of Crete

The Orthdox Academy of Crete is located next to the historical monastery of Gonia, which is a modern Conference Center. The Academy hosts conferences of local, national and international interest.
