'Canadian Tourists Review : We had an amazing stay at the W in Xi’an. The staff was wonderful and spoke English very well as we needed help to navigate our adventures! The hotel is extremely stylish and the interior architecture is mind blowing! Could use a bit more lighting in the lobby at night, but radiates an amazing mood and atmosphere. 'As one of the cheaper luxury hotels in the city, Sofitel did not disapoint. The Service was outstanding. Everybody was extremely helpful and spoke good English. The room was big, clean and had a separate bath and shower. The Only minor setback is the location. although it's not too far from the bell tower area, it's still about 20 minutes on foot.'
