'Very peaceful location, close to quiet beach. Cottage well equipped: airconditioning, large fridge/freezer, large cooker, large BBQ, flatscreen tv, audio-system, satnav for car, local mobile phone etc. etc. Gabriella and Douglas were very welcoming and helpful hosts and can tell a lot about Antigua.'

'Don’t be fooled by the classification “Suite”. They’re just standard hotel rooms. So no separate bedroom. Staff varies dramatically from friendly, via uninterested to just rude (especially in body language). Items missing or exchanged without notification from ordered food. And several items on the menu are not available. '

'large rooms light and airy (upstairs , downstairs seemed like they may be a little dark and there would be people walking past all the time) steps to upper floor slippy in the tropical weather so be aware if this is a thing for you. all staff, like everywhere in Antigua very friendly and helpful (one minor exception - housekeeping on day of departure a little rude / brusk). quite location , except gardening noise most days (they have to be maintained) walking distance to restaurants but...

'We stayed at Trade Winds for 11 days at the beginning of January 2026 and had a wonderful experience, largely due to the outstanding staff. All the check-in was incredibly friendly and welcoming with a shout out to Kerisa. In the hotel restaurant, Kevin consistently noticed my preferences and accommodated them without being asked, which gave a really personal feel to our dining. 'Though not the most luxurious place I have ever stayed in, this vacation definitely owns a place in my personal top 3. Staff is friendly, and given the scale of the hotel the overall experience very intimate and personal. Rooms all have magnificent views, outdoor showers and overall comfort is good. Our room did have a ceiling fan that wasn't quite up to the task but all-in-all this did not affect the wonderful week we spent at Cocos. Food is excellent, give our greetings to Acarie.'

'It was a wonderful week. From the clean room, friendly staff, great facilities, fun entertainment shows to the long beautiful beach where we spent most of the day soaking up that beautiful sunshine. The beach was clean and great to walk out to the water for ocean swims. The aqua show and the 80's rocknroll show had great dancers! It was fun to watch. We enjoyed late evenings chilling in your expansive lobby with friends.'
