'Sehr schöne Villa, vor 2 Jahren renoviert, klein und fein, genau wie wir es mögen. Traumhafter Ausblick aufs Meer/Festland/Gebirge. Zimmer sehr geschmackvoll und wertige Ausstattung. Wir hatten die beste Kategorie gebucht und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Frühstück mit frischem Obst/Lachs etc. und auch a la Karte Zusatzbestellung kostenlos möglich. Schöner Pool, direkt am Meer. 'We arrived at Vila Nika to discover that it had been booked already but the owner gave us a room in the Boutique Cosmopolis situated opposite. The view was much prettier, we could see the sunset on the sea, it was beautiful. However there was no kitchenette so we struggled a fair bit in terms of cleaning cups/spoons/etc where we had to use the sink in the bathroom. 'Great property, perfect for a getaway with a bigger group of friends or family. Make sure you contact the property with check-in times before arrival, I didn't see the note that the property owner isn't on-site. But the owner was responsive and we got in faster than some hotel concierge lines I've been in.'

'Great breakfast buffet. Walking distance (15m) to the old town. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and decent. Direct neigbourhood of the hotel is not the most attractive, but it’s quiet and seemed safe. Only negative is that I could hear the toilet of the upstairs neigbours being flushed as the water rushed through the pipes which appeared to be directly behind the wall. Overall a very nice hotel, would book the same again if I were to visit Zadar in the future. '
