'The staff (receptionists) are very unhelpfully. They couldn't even store our luggage after check out. Had to pay to the security guard in the end to store them in his private booth. Also no towels can be borrowed (even with hefty deposit of 25Eur+ for 2 towels) after check out. The balcony has a nice view to the beach, but no chaira or other furniture.
