'Very relaxing and great customer service'

'I loved how close the beach was The hot tub was great I loved the mountain view'

'We loved our stay, beautiful property.'

'Very friendly staff. Nice room, clean, comfortable bed. Hotel well maintained. Complementary breakfast was fine. Wifi was slow. Sufficient parking space and easy access towards Lake Tahoe. All in all value for money. '

'Staff was extremely helpful and friendly . Room was great and bed was comfortable.'

'Yay'

'Location'

'Location is great. Property is a little quirky. Rooms are fine, my only complaint is the bathroom. Sink with hardly any space to leave toiletries, and a very plastic showercurtain. Staff was welcoming on arrival. '

'Very attentive staff'

'This is my first time I stayed at this hotel and I enjoyed my stay. My breakfast was a little disappointing! My sausage was hard and dry and my biscuit was hard. It was like both items were sitting in a pan and got hard from the heat. The casino was fun.'
