'Goed👍'

'Bed was not made, had to put the sheets on the bed and search for the blanket. TV : not working, no channels, window difficult to open. Staff is absent, bar tender is not in the bar, staff gathering around the reception desk. Average food quality. I made remark about the room, staff replied with a smile 'thank for letting us know'. Limited parking space, book in advance. Will not go again !!!'

'Plusieurs choses, malhereusement.'

'This hotel short of staff and no instructions to assist late check in. actually it's 7pm. We spent 1 hour to find out how to check in. it's totally unacceptable and unsatisfied. Not house keeping for the second night stay and no blanket in the room. Won't book this hotel anymore for my next trip for this hotel.'

'Sve pohvale za hotel. Čistoća na nivou. Prijatno osoblje. Vrhunski ugođaj. Nije preporuka, nego obaveza za posjetiti.'

'Location was great. Walkable to shops, restaurants, city park or transportation. Apartment was clean, specious and well equipped. Staf was friendly and responsive. Sent clear instruction how to access apartment. I even fined a few bottles of water in the fridge and kitchen. Really nice touch! I would stay there again.'
