'Great villa with a lovely pool, fabulous view in a nice secluded area walking distance to the beach. Very good Greek food nearby, and it was so useful to have a fridge and washing machine! Really recommend this spot — was very relaxing and private :)'

'An absolute gem in Agios Nikolaos! Highly recommended! We stayed at Moncasa Suites during our trip to Crete and couldn't have been happier with our choice. The location is wonderfully convenient—just a short, easy walk into town—and the property itself was immaculately clean, modern, and comfortable. What truly sets Moncasa Suites apart, though, is the incredible hospitality. When we called upon arriving early in the morning, Alexandra kindly accommodated us and let us check in early right...

'Simply fantastic. The people, the location, the food, everything was perfect!'

'Rooms are very dated, but comfortable and in a great location right by the lake.'

'Zwemgelegenheid voor de deur'

'The property has a fantastic location, lots of stairs, the property needs gereral maintenance, windows did not close properly very small shower that did not drain well… in our room we had a closet size kitchen but a large living space on multiple levels…A/C worked very well. Staff very friendly and accommodating, parking is public parking about 200 meters away at no cost.'

'Snel ingecheckt, airco, heerlijk ontbijt. '

'Zeer welkome ontvangst. Lekker avondeten. Mooi en gezellig terras. Het ontbijt was ook prima.'

'Lovely quiet property. Can walk down to restaurants and bars. Nice host. Didn’t go in pool but it looked nice. '

'Very good location at the marina harbor. '

'Great place, all good - just needs a wall mount for the shower wand, had to hold on to it for the duration of my shower. A bit annoying! Host was excellent !!'

The shower was unbelievably small—to the point that an average-sized adult man could barely enter it, much less comfortably take a shower. There was also no one onsite to assist with problems or answer questions, which made an already frustrating experience even worse. Parking was terrible and unnecessarily difficult. Overall, the accommodations and lack of service fell far...
