'Nice hotel and spacious. Staff are professional and courteous. Hotel near Barefoot Landing and Broadway at Myrtle Beach. I stayed a week and had a great time. Restaurant downstairs food was delicious.'

'I’m not usually one to complain about much but I was not impressed with my stay here. I booked two non smoking rooms, one stunk of stale cigarettes and the other was ok. The lady that checked us in had the personality of a wet dish rag and was not friendly at all. In our bathroom the bar that holds the shower curtain rod in place had missing screws so the bar drooped in the middle therefore causing the curtain to stay in the center making showering without getting water on the floor impossible....

'Room and property are very clean - almost brand new. Easy access to the beach and the pool was lovely. Room was well equipped, note you won't get housekeeping unless you have a long stay. Wish I'd realized this wasn't a traditional hotel - you'll be bothered at least twice to try and get you to go to the "vacation club" presentation. It's a timeshare by another name and they will hard sell you - up to you if a resort credit is worth half of day of your vacation. Staff were otherwise very nice,...

'Hotel was just ok. You probably could do better. Was there for a baseball tournament and needed a room for 5. Not overly clean. Had to constantly ask for towels both in the room and pool. Beach was nice and my kids loved the pool and game room but will not be staying again.'

'Overall our stay was okay. Our room was a little smaller than most, our shampoo and conditioner in the shower were empty. The tv remote didnt work and the front desk was not a huge help. They did provide extra towels when requested. The sink in the bathroom leaked. The view was amazing from the balcony. The wait for breakfast was rough, waited 45 minutes to make 1 waffle. 'most of the staff was nice and the review doesnt reflect on staff. facilities outdated and unkept. spent half the vacation waiting for elevators due to only 1/2 working. checkout took me over an hour trying to wait for elevators to get my stuff out. did however like the approach they take on daily housekeeping. not to fully enter room just take out main trash and leave new towels. parking was atrocious to sort through.'
