This was our third year in a row, and it just gets better each year. We will definitely be going back for a fourth. The property is amazing. It’s immaculately groomed and maintained. The staff is incredibly helpful and kind. The food is the best we’ve had on the peninsula. The rooms are wonderful. We just can’t say enough good things about this resort. Highly recommend.

We had an absolutely incredible stay for our 5-year anniversary! Right from the start, the fantastic entrance hall with its astonishing panoramic ocean view leaves you speechless. You are truly overwhelmed by the sheer size of the property. The service was flawless from start to finish, including top-notch housekeeping. We received a generous room upgrade to a very spacious suite with separate bedrooms, a living area, and a balcony jacuzzi with a fantastic ocean view. As a former bartender and 5-star hospitality worker, I was highly impressed by the top-class bars throughout the hotel and at the pools. They serve excellent cocktails and premium imported spirits. It is absolutely 5+ star worthy. The culinary experience was just as outstanding. We highly recommend dining at Copal (Mexican), Minami (Japanese), and Bao (Asian), alongside the excellent open buffet and room service breakfast. The resort facilities are amazing for families. We loved the massive main pool (which feels 1000 meters long!) and the saltwater pool. The entertainment options are highly recommended too, including laser tag, the arcade, escape rooms, golf, and VR baseball and racing. A special thank you to Rebeca and Alberto from the pre-arrival team for their fantastic support. They even arranged a thoughtful anniversary card and a piñata that our kids absolutely loved. They thought of every detail. We highly recommend this resort!
