'Very nice stay in a very peaceful part of Alexandria. Easy walk to beach, local restaurants and small stores. Food was great and staff very friendly. Highly recommended.'

'Very very loud noise with multiple parties around, and the hotel staff was useless. First they told us that they can't call the police. Then they told us that we could call the police, but then they said, "There is no point in calling the police because they will then call the security of Montaza, and they won't do anything about it." Useless, sleepless night. Never again.'

'My stay at the hotel was amazing! Everything was clean and comfortable. I’d like to give a special thanks to Ms. Marwa and Ms. Asmaa for their incredible hospitality and helpfulness. Big thanks to the whole staff for the excellent service.'

M Mikhail. '

'Outstanding location with amazing personnel and wonderful facilities! I enjoyed my short stay of 2 days and will definitely stay here soon again. Due to my hectic sked I was booked friday thru sunday but only used the hotel for a couplr of hours sleep. I checked in early sat mornj ' and found everything booked as is, instead of the usual no show dillemas. Furtermore handed the keys over sat night at 9 to head toward the airport. All in all, 5 star service. Specials thanks the nightmanager for...

A great hotel with very friendly staff. You can hear the crowd from the mall downstairs faintly, but...

'I am very happy that the owners and staff choose to maintain this hotel in the classic style and to a reasonable standard. They are doing a service to public heritage because few of these grand old Alexandria hotels remain.'
