'Great location, warm cozy and clean great stay'

'It was just lovely here. The room was great, clean and had quite a few little touches that I found very thoughtful. The code to get in will not work until check in time though… it’s automated, we were about 10mins early and it didn’t open the door. A cleaner let us put our things inside. I would recommend and choose to stay here again.'

'Positief: zwembadje met sauna leuk voor kleine kinderen, goed ontbijt , gratis parkeren, tegenover bioscoop en aan weg die langs strand loopt Negatief : sommige kamers ( die boven de amusement ruimte zoals kamer nr 40) erg gehorig . Vrijdag en zaterdag avond tot 11 uur luide stem erg goed te horen vd kinderentertainer en muziek. Kamer 4 was stil. Waterkoker op kamer , geen sjampoo. 'Great location for the family, right on the front and close to all amenities. Hotel facilities are plentiful, but need updating. The room we had was at the back of the hotel, and due to the warm weather, our windows needed to be open, which was unfortunate as the kitchen fan was directly outside and ran constantly from around 6 am until quite late. We had a leak from the room above into our bathroom while we stayed, but this was dealt with quickly for us and the room was very comfortable...

'The cottage by mode were very clean and spacious. However it was cold and uncomfortable in the mornings and evenings. No other form of heating in the lounge i.e a fire Beds uncomfortable because two singles pushed together which easily moved. Fix the heating and the beds and I would give it 5 stars '

'To be honest the room was damp and mouldy never again and the cheek wanted 40 off me sorry never go bk again'

'Kelly the host is really nice. Very up to date decor, however room wasnt the cleanest. Couldnt use two of the pillows as they smelt mouldy and were dirty cases Our room (101) came with two keys, one for room and one for front door which was explained, however our door couldnt lock. I phoned Kelly and she explained she would come and check it out within 10 mins. Upon arriving back at hotel having been out all day, our room was still unlocked. 'The room was right above the kitchen extraction fans and was drooming all the time of our stay at the hotel and with the weather being very hot we couldn't have the window open due to the noise and spoil our stay at the hotel sadly we won't be returning to the hotel and report to reception and fell on deaf ears and charge full rate of the bill.'
