'We are so grateful for this place! The first day we had the pool all to ourselves which was just lovely. There were lots of tables and space to play and the hotel had great boardgames that we all enjoyed. The Tv, beds, showers etc were so comfortable and pleasant. We missed a mini fridge but apart from that it was a perfect oasis.'

'First of all I didn't have additional sheet to cover, if I turned on ac I'm too cold if I turned it off I'm too hot. No one speaks English on the property. The breakfast is mediocre. There's no hot water available, no iron, no ice, no microwave. This is it! I'm not complaining just thought this would be mentioned to others who planned to visit. 'This isn’t a hotel. It’s a Restaraunt/event space that has a few rooms. Guest services are non-existent. I never saw anyone at the “front desk” during the five days I was here. Was unable to get any issues with my room (there were several) fixed. Any staff I did see (mostly security) don’t speak English and didn’t seem to be able to follow my limited Spanish. 'Wi-Fi did not work most of the night and day. They claimed repairs were being done. But for over a week. At the end there was no electricity or even water. Therefore not sanitary. The staff was very sweet. It was fairly close to beautiful Playa Mahajual. The faulty, usually non-existent Wi-Fi prevented me from getting necessary work done. The breakfasts were good.
