  • Located at Palm Island Resort on Florida’s Southwest Gulf Coast. No bridges or causeways to the island exist, which ensures a relaxed, tropical vacation setting.
    The island resort encompasses a two-mile portion of private, pristine beaches on the northern end of Palm Island.
    Guests travel to the island via car ferry and park their car in our island parking area. Transportation is provided by our bell staff and golf carts are also available for rent for registered guests.
    Enjoy access to one of the 5 heated pools, plus hot tub and gas BBQ grills.
    Tennis courts available for play and always complimentary.
    Our recreation center, Coconuts, offers a variety of rentals to include golf carts, bicycles, kayaks and beach umbrellas.
    A full service concierge can also arrange for everything from massages to fishing charters. Join a complimentary water aerobics class, nature walk or yoga on the beach when scheduled. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Palm Island for years and have enjoyed every visit. This one was our best ever and it was because we had our best friends Eddie and Tina. Our villa was a bit small but that didn’t bother us at all. The staff everywhere were excellent. The pools were clean and we rented a golf cart which made it so much better. The one thing that needs improvement is the restaurant menu. On your web page the menu is great but most of the entrees were not available. Someone said the manager was fired. We will be coming for a week this time next June and I hope that menu will be changed.

We stayed in a Beach Villa - highly recommend it. The views were amazing. Loved sitting on our screened in porch. I asked Dan, a very knowledgeable and helpful, golf cart valet if the island is always so quiet? He said it is!!:) If you are looking to sit at the pool or the beach with not a lot of people, this is your place! Plan ahead of meals. There is a Publix very close to the island. Rum Bay is the only restaurant on the island serving lunch and dinner. You can take a short boat ride to Leverocks. I can't speak to that restaurant, we never tried it. Also, taking your car over to the ferry is easy. We choose to stay on Palm Island during our entire stay. The island is also quiet at night, if you are looking to "live it up" with a festive atmosphere, this isn't your place.

The ice maker didn’t work, maintenance said they would come and never did. We rented several units for family and each one had something that was broke or didn’t work, the family didn’t have the time we had expected. We were highly disappointed that for spending nearly 20 grand we had pour hospitality. Staff are super unprofessional and not accommodating

It was clean and comfortable with amazing views. The only thing we did not like was that there is only one restaurant on the island. Since the unit has a full kitchen and there are grills available we will have to plan around that.
