Horrible stay. Booked a mobility room for my mom in May and was told that my parking would be waived due to hotel construction. At check in, I was denied both. We got assigned to a regular room. I pulled back the sheets, to find them dirty and stained. Tried to call the main desk for help, room phone doesn't work, it says room 610, my room is on 5th floor. Needless to say wrong phone was in my room. I go back down to the front desk to request Housekeeping to change linen on the bed and was told parking would be waived. I called to complain to Expedia they offered me $50 and also said, hotel parking was waived for my inconvenience. So today I'm searching for a luggage cart only to find out that there is only one for the entire hotel, so I had to use mom's rolater as the luggage cart. Then the elevator gets stuck on the 5th floor. Autistic person, is standing inside, I get him out.l walk the hall, find the house keeper, who was able to contact maintenance for help. I go to check out, my bill was higher then expected, the clerk claimed she didn't know why, and I would have to check with Expedia. I asked for a print out of my bill. She couldn't provide that either. I asked to have the manager call me. Guess what, they charged me for parking, they only waived one day. I was reimbursed. After this awful experience, I feel that my room should have been FREE!! I will never stay here again. It was The Worst Experience that I ever had in my life.
