'What can we say??!! We had THE BEST stay at Frog Hollow.
John & Sarah were extremely gracious hosts, warm, welcoming as was their beautiful dog, Rosie!!
The accommodation was unbelievalby comfortable & private with only the sounds & sights of the bush. We had visits from king parrots and the local bush turkey.
Not only was it the best kitted out accommodation we have experienced with everything you could possibly need, it was of the best quality kitchen equipment & condiments, coffee making...

'I have stayed at this property several times before and always found this hotel very good for the price. Bathroom a bit small but acceptable.
Always clean and check in normally goes smoothly. But not this time! A day before leaving home I tried to contact the hotel by phone 12 times to inform them of possible late arrival. Every time I only had a recorded message. I left a message saying arrival maybe after 10 pm. I eventually (the following day) received instructions saying how to enter hotel...

'Our check-in experience was superb with great customer service and a warm welcome for a special occasion. The room was spacious and clean with a great view of the mountains. Parking was easy (and included, with easy access to any floor from the parking garage. Breakfast was superb with a variety of options, but we were particularly impressed with the croissants! The Pullman team at Penrith Panthers are world-class and made our experience pure pleasure from start to finish. Go Panthers!'
