The apartment sits above a shop on Pitlochry’s main street and is accessed via one flight of stairs. Once inside, the accommodation is arranged across a single level.

Living Space:
The open-plan kitchen and living area has been carefully designed to feel calm, warm and comfortable. A built-in dining nook with a solid stone table creates a relaxed place to eat, work or plan the day ahead, while designer lighting and natural materials add warmth to the space.

The kitchenette includes an induction hob, oven and integrated fridge, along with everything needed to prepare simple meals during your stay.

A comfortable sofa provides a place to unwind after a day exploring Pitlochry or the surrounding countryside.


Bedroom:
The bedroom offers a UK King bed (150cm) with high-quality linens, built-in bedside lighting and niche shelving for personal items. A generous wardrobe provides ample storage for longer stays.

The room has been designed to feel calm and uncluttered, creating a quiet place to rest after a day in the Highlands.

Bathroom:
The bathroom features a walk-in rainfall shower, stone basin and heated towel rail and heated floor. Fresh towels and toiletries are provided for your stay.

Dog Friendly:
Well-behaved dogs are welcome. The surrounding area offers excellent walks, with riverside paths and countryside trails easily accessible from the apartment.

I`ll be available by phone but I live around 2h away by car, so I am not typically available in person. However, we have a great support network in Pitlochry, so we can usually help with any requests.
