'Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en het schoonmaak personeel kan niet veel doen aan de kwaliteit van de appartementen en de inrichting, maar de appartementen zijn heel oud. Geen dekbedovertrekken over de dekens alleen een laken los eronder, dat vonden wij heel vies en niet hygiënisch. De lakens en dekens voelde klam en klef aan.
