Overall the hotel was good. I stayed for New Years night. Although the staff left early & I checked in late around 8:30 pm they were very communicative and their instructions were very detailed and helpful. It is very very close to the leaning tower of Pisa it was literally on the same street & a 5 minute walk. The only slight thing I didn't expect is the room was smaller than I thought (not that big of a deal). It was quite expensive but I believe cause it was New Years night. They did provide a bottle of free Champagne and when I did meet the staff in the morning they were super nice.
