The property is located in Calambrone, just 400 meters from the sea. Near the accommodation you can find bars, restaurants and supermarkets.

The center of Pisa is about 30 minutes away by car.

The apartment has a living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms, a complete bathroom and a service bathroom.

The internal space is organized as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with sofa, kitchenette with induction hob, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, moka, coffee machine, kettle kitchen utensils, wine glasses, 32 TV and dining table with 4 chairs;

- BEDROOM with double bed and chest of drawers;

- BEDROOM with two single beds and a wardrobe;

- COMPLETE BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and WC;

- SERVICE BATHROOM with sink, bidet and WC;

- COVERED LOGGIA and OUTSIDE BALCONY with table and chairs.



FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent central heating in every room, air conditioning in every room, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer, external washing machine in the balcony, reserved parking area with free parking space and shared swimming pool.



The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (Presidential Decree 16/04/2013 n.74, Ministerial Decree 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: weighted average air temperatures must not exceed 19°C. The switching on period and the daily switching duration depend on the climate zone defined by the legislation.

Pisa Climatic Zone D: 11 hours daily from 8 November to 7 April.



Check-in will take place in online self check-in mode, completing registration is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions on recovering the keys and accessing the apartment.

Keys can be retrieved free of charge via smartlock on site.

In case of problems, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 00:00.



Alternatively, from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm, key collection will take place free of charge at our office in Via Sant'Agostino 4 (Pisa).



If you wish to receive the keys from a member of our staff in the apartment, it is possible, upon request with payment of a supplement equal to:

- From 3pm to 9pm: €15.00;

- From 9.00pm to 11.00pm: €25.00;

- From 11.00pm to 12.00am: €30.00;

- From midnight to 1.30am: €40.00.



The apartment is located in Calambrone, a hamlet of Pisa, a quiet, residential and green area (vast pine forest behind). The beach is about 300 meters from the accommodation and near the property you can find the main services, including bars, restaurants and supermarkets.

The center of Pisa, with its attractions, is about 25 minutes away by car.

Alternatively, it is possible to reach Pisa Central Station, a hub for all the main public transport lines to reach the main points of interest in the city, in about 40 minutes by bus.

Livorno is about 15 minutes away by car.

From the station you can reach the apartment in about 55 minutes thanks to bus 010 (direction Calambrone Rondine 1), stop Calambrone Aiazzi 1, a 4-minute on foot from the property (350 m).



- From Pisa Central Station, it is possible to reach the apartment thanks to bus 10 (direction Calambrone Rondine 1), stop Calambrone Aiazzi 1, a 4-minute on foot from the property.



- From Livorno Central Station, after about 13 minutes on foot towards the Viale l. Nievo Aurora bus stop it is possible to reach the apartment thanks to bus 30 (direction Calambrone Rondine 2), stop Calambrone Rondine 2, a 4-minute on foot from the property.



- If you are traveling by car, we remind you that a free private parking space is available on site. Furthermore, it is possible to find several free or paid parking lots in the immediate vicinity of the property (NOT bookable and NOT guaranteed).
