'Breakfast is minimal. You have to eat on plastic plates with plastic cups and cuttery. The rooms and especially the bathroom needs to get updated. The rooms are not sound proof and you hear the elevator open and close (including a ring/bell) every couple of minutes, which is very annoying. The fridge is so loud, you are not able to talk to eachother while standing in the room. AC is smelly and only to give any cold air while it is on full blast....'

'Nice room but just need to clean carpets other than that it was nice and spacious. Nice staff and breakfast was good Rebecca did good job on cleaning up and keeping everything available. Would stay again if in the area. Thank you'

'Everything in the room was very accommodating. The breakfast was delicious. I had turkey sausage cheese omelet and biscuit and gravy. I drank hot tea. I didn't really care for the air condition being right smack dab in front of the door outside the room; but other than that everything was great.'

'The laundry in the room is a big plus if you’re staying for an extended period. Which we were. Having a kitchen will bigger sized refrigerator is great too for the same reason. Things that weren’t as great is the place was literally invaded with pets. And more than 1 pit bull, so they don’t care which breeds apparently. 'Ik had een suite geboekt. Het was echt een prachtige maar ook rustige kamer. Mooi ingericht. Met een inloopdouche en een klein keukentje waar je kon koken en met een afwasmachine. Supernetjes en schoon. Goede locatie, vlak bij een wallmart en een hoop andere winkels. We waren er erg blij mee. '

'6 months ago, this place was nice. Not sure what happened... New management perhaps. Anyway, toilet kept running, thermostat is for show only (obviously not connected to A/C), shower handle came off, etc. This place is in an industrial area, which is fine, but now they charge you for parking..... What?. So, you go to the bar, and they shut it down early, way before posted time. IDK... I am sure I expect to much, but this is not what we were used too after being there many times before. 'We arrived late by plane and needed a hotel for a short night. The hotel is very basic, but that's what we wanted and that's what we got (no spoons or even cups in the room!). When I booked the hotel, I thought it was including breakfast, because that's what I read on hotels.com. Unfortunately there is only coffee and muffins in the hall for takeaway. 'BAD AREA OF TOWN!! Homeless people sleeping on picnic tables & roaming property 24/7. Loud music. People stay up late here. The people above us were up moving stuff around until 2 A.M. It feels like people live here! Exposed wires on interior door lock. Dirty - floors dirty, hair in shower soap dish and on shower wall. German roaches in the bathroom and kitchen area. Planned on cooking on furnished burners but no ability to use them. No kitchen equipment meaning utensils, bowls,...

'This property is very nice and peaceful and super convenient to Cave Creek, Carefree and North Scottsdale. The units are very large with a full kitchen and large bedrooms and bathrooms. The units are starting to show their age though and could use a refresh. The room was quite clean except for the 5 dead cockroaches I found when I checked in. I was told they had sprayed the entire property a day or two before which is fine but when I reported this there was no offer to send housecleaning to...
