'Room is basic for a premium type of room.Airco was blowing hot air always.Lucky you can turn it off and open the window.Bed is comfy.Shower is good.Dinner is ok.Food is not great, but the staff is.Breakfast is limited, but you can also order at extra charge.Good is the fresh fruit and the bean coffee.I chose this hotel due to the location (it's next to an industrial area)'

'Airco was broken in hotel, hot rooms. No fans were available. Free parking on street, busstop in front to go to city center. Breakfast was okay.'

Nette kamer'

'While a bit outdated, the room was clean and service was excellent.'

'Goed hotel, scherpe prijs.

'Alles was prima'

'The staff were amazing, a complementary breakfast, room was clean and charming - great value and easy tram access to Torino’s many attractions. Beautiful city, a warm welcome at reception and fabulous, affordable accommodation at Hotel Universo.'

'Very nice hotel, large rooms. Good and friendly staff.'

'Good location'

'I was searching for a weekend hotel at Torino and Urbani is just 1 street ant the leftside of Porta Nuova station. It is in the historic center and everything is close. The single room was very nice, modern and clean. I found it very important that the hotels in 2023/2024 must be at least modern interior and this was for sure in that category. The roomdoor is still very traditional and not so safe as a lonely woman traveler, but that’s a project for in the future for the hotel. Incl tourism tax...
