'While we had a tad issue with checking in, I was able to reach someone within 2 minutes and it was resolved. Melissa helped us quickly and was so sweet! The studio is super cute (newly being renovated), very clean and amazing location! The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Perfect for a weekend visiting SHSU!! We would stay here again!'

'I am a host myself and I know how the process gets tricky sometimes. Booking at first was a hassle but the management team were excellent as far as communication and trying to resolve the issue and ease the process. After we get there the unit was not clean but as soon as we contacted they apologized and gave us another unit. Very clean and elegant. The area is very ip scaled and very beautiful, safe and centered around lots of shopping and eateries… I will come back again to this place.'

"They clearly tried their best to renovate. I had a very pleasant first impression. Easy parking, warm welcome, clean room. Until I settled and wanted to start the tv. That’s when I went for the remote and saw the first roaches. Killed them. Both smaller and bigger ones. Searched the room and bathroom. Didn’t find any other. Went back to the wall mounted tv, saw roaches crawling again. After a better look they probably had a place behind the plywood that was placed against the wall to mount the tv. My plans changed so I was thinking to stay another night since it actually was a good stay, but after the roaches I called it a day and went somewhere else. If they can fix the roach problem, this is a 10/10 stay. Good breakfast as well. Both hot and cold options."
