Great place, but!

Great place but advertised as having a hot tub, which was a main reason we picked it. Manager blamed Vrbo then said technically there is a hot tub just doesn’t work. Which we couldn’t locate a broken hot tub either. However, if you’re not expecting a hot tub, everything else was fine. I also didn’t care for the option of two damage deposits of over $1,000 or pay $59 non refundable damage insurance.

Updated cabin, kids will love

Great cabin, updated but still has a great cabin feel. Lost of space, so your not on top of each other. Has swings, a hammock, and a fire pit (didn’t because for the high fire danger at the time) in the yard.

Very nice property. Any criticisms would be nitpicking. Would stay here again ultimately, and/or would make them an offer if the owners wanted to sell!

What an enjoyable experience staying at this property. Everything was in good working order with extra supplies to make our stay worry-free. The property is near the national forest and surrounded by quiet streets for walking and enjoying the great weather. GREAT Family Cabin! Beautiful decor & amenities, super clean, very comfortable!

We came up to Pinetop for a quick ski weekend, and this cabin was perfect. The décor was modern and new, the furniture was comfortable, and it had all of the supplies that we needed! The beds were comfortable and the bedding was great. And the cabin was spotless - super clean! The location is great for Sunrise Ski Park … there are not really any good options closer to the mountain, so this area is our favorite, and this cabin will be a go-to for us in the future. So glad we found it! Would definitely stay again!

We loved every aspect of this house. It was gorgeous inside, comfortable and well stocked. The neighborhood was perfect for riding bikes and walking. Jason was great to communicate with and quickly answered any questions that we had. This house is on our list to return to.
