'It’s fine for a short stay but we were there for a week. There no storage to unpack. No dresser or cabinets so our clothes were scattered around the room. The fridge doesn’t have a freezer section. Not much insulation between floors, you hear every step someone takes in the floor above you. The property is clean and the staff is friendly.'

'Located across the street from Baystate Medical Center, this B&B is located in a residential house. Each room is individually decorated. Our room was clean but small, ok for 1 night’s stay. The kitchen area where one eats breakfast (included) is small and cramped. The owner prepares the hot breakfast, a hot egg dish, with a large pastry, all home made.'

'The front desk staff was terrible in handling customer's request. No housekeeping was done during the stay, toilet broke down after one night, the shower has mold stains, a chair in room was badly worn out, ceiling has several water stains. Someone entered our room and left a cigarette butt in the shower when we were away. On the same day, the front staff lied by saying no housekeeping staff entered our room, so the toilet was not fixed. He dragged behind by not picking up our phone calls,...
