« The room was advertised as a suite that sleeps 4. This included a kind size bed (sleeps 2) and a pull out couch (sleeps an additional 2). This is false advertising, with the key word being sleep. The pull out mattress was abysmal, springs right at the surface, woke up multiple times (and I normally sleep through the night every night) in pain...
