Called the check in number and was helped by a very understanding person who made it possible to stay that night. After a long day of traveling this was a wonderful outcome. 'The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The sofa bed did not have a very good mattress, so consider that when planning for extra people. Also, trying to get in the door was an experience. It took several attempts to figure out how that worked as well as how to lock it. There should be better instructions, and a reminder to hold the door tightly closed when locking or it won't engage. Booking through Expedia was ok, but was a bit misleading, as we thought we were getting a river view, however,...

'This was an amazing room. Very spacious and well done. I liked not having a key and being able to check in myself. I didnt ask for any services while I was there but they texted me to ask each day, which was also convenient. Parking was not a problem for me, but bc it is an old building (tons of cool charm!) There are stairs to get in which may nit work.for everyone. Lovely stay. I will stay again at next year's conference.'
