'Great hotel, welcoming staff, room was ready already at 1PM which was great. Would come back for sure.'

'I can’t speak highly enough of this hotel. The staff were immediately welcoming and continued to go above and beyond throughout our stay. The location above the main sapa square is very convenient, yet away from the hectic energy around the square. Overall Sapa was a very pleasant experience and I can highly recommend both the city and this new resort....
