The Space

The Matisse suite features a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom and a sliding door that opens directly onto the terrace, allowing you to wake up to the sound of the waves. The two additional bedrooms, The Daisies room and The Van Gogh room, each have a double bed, built-in wardrobes, and hangers, ensuring everyone has their own comfortable space. There is second modern bathrooms with spacious shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, including coffee and espresso machine, toaster, citrus juicer and a grill plate, and the living area is the perfect spot to unwind after a day at the beach.

The apartment is located on the third floor of the Residencial Lago di Como complex, easily accessible via an elevator. You`ll also have a dedicated spot in the underground garage, so parking is never a concern. The resort and all its amenities are within a secure, gated community, providing peace of mind during your stay.

The area offers a blend of natural beauty and convenience, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and supermarkets within walking distance. For golf enthusiasts, there are several top golf courses just a short drive away. This region enjoys over 300 days of sunshine a year, making it a perfect year-round destination for sun-seekers. You`ll also be just a 10-minute drive from the large La Zenia Boulevard shopping center.

- Guests are required to provide a valid photo ID at check-in. This will be collected via our booking system.
- The person making the booking and checking in must be at least 25 years old. He/she is responsible for the stay and behaviour of all guests in the property.
- Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance via the booking system.
- This accommodation does not accept parties and events.
- There must be silence between 10PM and 8AM.
- A refundable security deposit of €400 is required for this booking. This deposit is collected separately, outside of Airbnb, via our booking system prior to check-in. No amount is charged to your card — instead, a hold (pre-authorization) is placed for the deposit amount after the reservation is confirmed.
The deposit is automatically released within 7 working days after checkout, provided no damage has occurred and the property was left in the agreed condition. Depending on your card provider, it may take an additional 5–10 working days for the released amount to appear in your account.
- In the event that resort facilities are available (such as a swimming pool, gym, sauna, hot tub, etc.), the tenant is responsible for verifying the current opening hours and conditions of access in advance. Neither the landlord nor the hosting company is liable for any temporary closures, defects or maintenance work on these facilities.
- Smoking or vaping is not allowed in the accommodation. Pets are not allowed either.
- A separate rental agreement is required and must be signed before arrival. In addition to the house rules listed here, it includes: a liability release for damage or injury caused by the guest`s own negligence or misuse, guest responsibility for lock/key replacement costs if keys are lost or damaged, compliance with community/HOA rules where applicable, the host`s right to inspect the property with prior notice, a no-subletting clause, and forfeiture of the security deposit in case of smoking, loading EVs, or bringing unauthorized pets.
