'Over the last 15 years we have rent a lot of apartments but no one with this level of noises. A sewage pipe from the flats in the house above runs along the ceiling of the flat and is virtually uninsulated. Every time someone go to the toilet in the flats above, the water splashes through the pipe with a noise that makes you think it's splashing on your head. 'Overall this property is set up to look good on instagram but the furniture is not comfortable for any sitting. The kitchen table had 4 chairs in which 2 were broken. The pull out sofa is small and uncomfortable to sit on. The bed had one body pillow for two people to share. They only give you two rolls of toilet paper no matter how long you are staying. The instructions to finding the place and getting in do not match the Google map address. The WiFi networks and address they gave us was wrong....

'Had a great stay here during my holiday! The staff were friendly, the swimming pool was nice, and the bed was very comfortable. The only small points for improvement would be the cleaning and maintenance of the shower and window blinds, and the wardrobe door didn’t open properly. These are minor issues that can easily be fixed with a bit of attention. It was also great to have access to a gym, and the location was excellent. I would definitely come back again!'
