On the first floor, you will find a welcoming living room with a television and direct access to a balcony, as well as an open-plan kitchen equipped with a dining table and direct access to a second balcony. A shower room with bidet and WC completes this level.

On the lower ground floor, the sleeping quarters are distributed across 2 rooms. The first bedroom features 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length, with a ceiling height ranging from 90 to 210 cm, and offers direct access to a balcony.
