'Room was very nice and clean. Food in the restaurant was very flavorful, not too spicy and selection in the buffet was extensive. Staff was incredible and went out of their way to provide everything that I needed and sometimes more than what I had asked!'

'Nice hotel, good quality'

'The food was bland and not appetizing. The breakfast was good, the staff on Reception was very argumentative over even simple requests, kept nagging us while breakfast and also on the occupancy details like my kids age even after booking an executive Suite. The Mgr had to intervene to keep the Staff professional. This hotel left a bad taste and worst first impression. Please avoid this if you can.'

'Amazing hotel. Best service ever. Good food. Have been treated like a goddess. '

'Amazing ambience'

'CHARUDATTA ,front manager was practically very helpful gentleman.'

'Excellent '

'I had a very nice experience staying at this hotel. The rooms are very spacious, the beds are comfortable and clean. The best part is huge window that each room has. '

'Good'

'It was okay overall.'

'Staying at Ginger Hotel was, without a shadow of a doubt, one of the most stressful, frustrating, and deeply unpleasant accommodation experiences I have ever endured. When booking a room at a established chain brand like Ginger—a hotel operating under the umbrella of IHCL—one reasonably expects a reliable baseline of hygiene, functional amenities, and standard hospitality ethics. Unfortunately, my recent stay proved to be an absolute nightmare from start to finish, characterized by severe...

'Rooms are spacious and clean. Helpful staff. This particular hotel is located around PG accommodation and its noisy at times. Access to the hotel is not easy.'

'We (family of 4) had a wonderful stay at Essentia Premier, staff were incredibly welcoming, helpful. Rooms were spot on, clean very well maintained, front desk staff were excellent, she even upgraded my parent's room to ensure we stay next to each other. Breakfast at thier restaurant Citron is another highlight breakfast is amazing, overall we had a fantastic time at this place and would definitely recommend for families.'

'The property has good potential, but the overall experience was below the standard I expected, especially for a 4–5 star property. The TV was not working, and the cleanliness was not up to the expected standard—there was visible dust on several items and surfaces, and the mirrors were not properly cleaned. The door lock also did not work properly, which is a significant concern from a safety and convenience perspective. Overall, I expected much better maintenance, cleanliness, and attention to...

'Worst decision made to book this property, very unhygienic with lots of cockroaches, staff were rude. Wi-Fi not working '

'I felt the location close to a open drain and sometimes with the breeze the smell was overwhelming'

'The TV and internet were not working. The flush was leaking and the entire room had a foul seepage smell. We had to shift in a room designed for differently able people which was comparatively a lot more smaller. The drain was blocked and overflowing in the shower area. Green tea was not available. Overall pathetic experience .I want a refund . '

'Below average hotel, not well maintained, unclean walls, toilet, bathroom and floors.'
