The property is close to Sun Devil Stadium, Grady Gammage Auditorium, Tempe Center for the Arts and Tempe Town Lake, which is the home of the annual Ironman Triathlon and numerous other events. The AZ Cardinals stadium is a 30-minute drive away so this property is a perfect location for AZ Cardinals games and the annual Fiesta Bowl. If interested, the owner often has extra AZ Cardinals tickets. The nightlife of this college town makes this home ideally located for those who want to vacation in a quiet neighborhood close to where the action is. Since the property is very centrally located in the metro Phoenix area, you can hang out in Tempe or go anywhere in the metro Phoenix area very quickly and inexpensively. Executive as well as designer golf courses are nearby. A short drive will take you to numerous spring training facilities. The Phoenix Zoo is less than five miles away.
