This super 8 didn’t even have on the go breakfast. There was coffee, tea and juice. No yogurts, fruits, bars, nothing. I would’ve went someplace else. We had a death in the family so had to cancel and make changes to previous reservations and had to stay in Phoenix near the airport for that night suddenly. It was so dirty, from the outside into the inside. Sticky ground, I didn’t even want to walk on it with socks on, let alone my feet. Needed my shoes even inside the room. Smells like drugs and weed and cigarettes everywhere. Just felt unsafe. Even the locks felt unsafe. Broken down bathrooms and rooms. Just reeked. We have stayed at Super 8’s before And we were in Arizona for almost two weeks and only our Wyndham experiences were terrible. And the beds nearly broke our backs. I was in so much pain the next day. It was an awful experience. Never would stay at this property ever again.

Toilet had feces when I checked in. Did not sleep due to dogs barking all night in room upstairs. Staff did not address issues and were rude.

There is supposed to serve breakfast and there is no breakfast. It’s a snack bar one little candy bar and coffee that’s water down. It taste like tea.

So I have stayed here for about 25 days on and off wating for my new place. They have over charged me. One of the ladies the runs the front desk is rude. I have spent literally thousands of dollars and they are now not wanting to honor my points that I have earned. I don't know it seems like they will go out of there way to make the experience worse. You would think it would be the opposite especially with someone who is buying a room so constantly. I still have another two weeks before my new place is ready and I am now looking for a new hotel. If you can find another place around the same price... Go there.

What can I say really. Property is what it is. You have good hotels and bad hotels... This is a bad hotel.. They over charge. There is no breakfast. Could say a more... But wouldn't change anything. I would not recommend coming here. Most hotels are better than this place. Either the same price or a little bit more expensive 10 to 20 bucks but way way nicer.

Upon check in we were over charged and the front desk staff did not enter our existing reservation details and did not enter our discount, AAA, details so we were not given the discount although she said she applied it and took a copy of our AAA card. The property was noisy all night long. The front desk was difficult to deal with regarding their errors. The security staff was great and watched the parking lot. The housekeeping lady was delightful and efficient. We appreciated her very much. We are still following up with the Super 8 by Wynham Mesa/ Gilbert for our overcharge amount. This has not been an easy task to get our over charge in the amount of $138.04.

It's not a 5-star resort, it's a low price place to stay, and for that it excels. We found that it had all of the basic necessities and it served us well. It was convenient to the places that we needed to be, was clean, and the staff were friendly. What more could one ask for?

Do not stay at this place. The room i checked into had water on the floors in the entry and bathroom. There was visible water damage to the ceiling (where water was actively leaking) and to the compisite wood flooring. The pillows were not clean as evidenced by the smell. The parts of the floor that weren't wet were dirty also. I asked for a clean room and was given a room with two full beds instead of a single king. While this room was clean, the smell of weed permeated the placd and the bathtub in the new room would not drain. I killed several flies in my room ad during the night i was bit by a spider. Absolute never staying here again.

The room was NOT CLEANED!!There was used towels and the bed wasn’t made. It was gross. There was a young girl that offered us drugs outside then she went inside and was talking to the stsff( don’t know if she was an empire or was related to the woman she was talking to). We did call the front desk and she said the ONLY thing she could do was get us clean towels. The girl that came to inspect our rooom said there was no other rooms available and I wanted a refund but of course she wouldn’t do it. I will NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!!! It was really GROSS AND DIRTY!!!
