We really enjoyed our stay. The bed was very comfortable and the condo was clean. The location was great for spring training and Old Town Scottdale, and we loved that it has a balcony and is on the greenbelt. Unfortunately we did not know ahead of time that the greenbelt was under construction, which was disappointing. The condos are dated with thin walls, and the shower could have been better. Everything (except the bed!) could use an update. The people in the office were helpful, and the grounds were well kept.

Great Stay in Scottsdale

I really like the location of the property. It was close to everything! The Fry's was close by and coffee shops. The community was great and I felt safe. The staff was friendly! Only downside was having to buy cleaning supplies to tidy up the place and paying to do laundry. There was a cleaning fee of $40 to have the staff do it, but it was cheaper to buy the supplies and do it myself. When I first arrived I walked inside my suite and the soles of my socks were covered in dirt. I had to deep clean the space. Overall, the space was great. Also, it was close to a park. I walked there in the morning to beat the heat!

1 week vacation in Scottsdale

Very clean, not very busy during 1 week stay in mid April. Pool and outdoor areas very nice. Condo and 2nd floor balcony looked out on north/ south long walking path which was nice. Only negative was air conditioning works okay on days with highs of 80F, but has trouble keeping up once gets to 90F and higher. Complex is secured with fob for entrance gate which is nice. In summary good value for money.

Okay condo

While the location and condo were fine, there were a few things that were overlooked. The advertisement stated check in time was 3pm, but the manager said 4pm. We chose the condo because we could get in at 3pm. A few hand towels in the bathroom were lightly stained, icky. The furniture was different unlike the pictures. The ottoman needed to be cleaned. Two saucepans and the fry pan were left with sauce and light grease residue. I found it odd that the condo did not have a cutting board or oven mitts. The bed and pillows were comfortable and we slept well. The pool was nice. I like that the condo is on a greenway.

A nice stay

It was good value. Although not a 4 star resort, it was very functional, without any negative surprises. That is why I gave it a 5 star rating. It is close to the attractions we were interested in. The bed was comfortable. Parking was easy to obtain. Some minor irritants: - Some noise in the middle of the night from neighbors (thin walls). - Only four sets of dishes and cutlery. The dishwasher had to be run frequently. - The heating system is noisy. - The shower temperature is set, and a bit too cool.

Great outdoor offerings!

Loved the courtyard and pool areas. Every staff person was very kind and knowledgeable. Photos of room made it appear bigger. I washed cabinets. Dark couches needed cleaning. That said, I would definitely return.
