Optional Pool Heating:
- March–September: $50 per day
- October–February: $100 per day
- Heater set to 80°F

Parking & Guest Access

Casa Bolero offers convenient on-site parking for up to 6 vehicles, with garage and driveway parking available. The front driveway can also accommodate an RV.

Please park only in designated areas. Parking behind the home or in restricted areas is not permitted.

Guests will receive a unique access code before arrival for convenient keyless entry through the front door.

All listed amenities are available for your enjoyment during your stay.

For your safety, please remain within the improved areas surrounding the home. The unimproved area south of the pool fence is not included in guest access.

Please be mindful of the natural desert environment, including thorns, insects, and wildlife.

Gatherings & Property Guidelines

Small private gatherings are permitted with prior host approval and must not exceed 13 people on the property at any time, including visitors.

Open-invitation parties, disruptive gatherings, and events exceeding the occupancy limit are not permitted.

Please respect our neighbors and surrounding properties.

Guests must follow the provided safety instructions when using the pool, BBQ, and fire pit.

Please review our House Rules and Welcome Book for additional property guidelines.

Exterior Security Cameras

Exterior security cameras monitor the front entrance and backyard for property security, safety, and occupancy verification. Cameras remain active throughout guest stays. No cameras are located inside the home.
