I won’t stay again…The check in process was insane, I had completed the online check in, paid the cleaning fee, the security deposit etc. Waited on site for the code to access the property. Since nobody was responding and it was nearly 4pm, I rang the Ring doorbell to see if I could communicate through that with Vince. When a property says “contactless entry” imagine my surprise as a random guy opens the door! Then he motions me to come in, I’m like what yeah no, I’m good. I went back to my car scared. I spoke with Vince on the phone, expressed my concerns and asked for a refund as I was looking for somewhere else to stay. He was argumentative and questioned me ; I had to explain that as a female traveling alone that’s super weird and inappropriate that a guy would answer the door and tell you to come in. He was so rude and unprofessional, then he said well you’ll have to reach out to the platform you booked it on as I don’t do refunds. I ended up accessing the property as it was difficult to find another place at such short notice, plus I knew I was going to lose the amount I paid to book it which is NOT AT ALL a fair price for this place. The noise on the property was crazy loud, the guy next door slammed his door constantly. Plz stay elsewhere!! The cleaning fee was actually hilarious as this place was dirty! I cleaned up cigarette butts and I don’t even smoke.
