Fire Pit & Pool heater
2 hr/day use of fire pit & pool heater (a $36 value) included but more use is an extra $15/hr for pool heater & $3/hr for Fire Pit Table charge in a form of extra payment request thru VRBO

* FIRE PIT TABLE --- We always enjoy visiting family & friends around a fire pit table like a campfire. --- We found filling & storing propane bottles inconvenient & expesive so we installed a natural gas fire pit table which answered our needs --- although very convenient, unlike propane bottle, there is limitless supply of natural gas & must be used responsibly --- instead of using up a propane bottle ($20) in 6 hours, then having to refill it, it's much easier for us to responsibly lite the fire pit table, responsibly shut off gas to fire pit table after 6 hours, & expect extra $18 on natural gas bill

* POOL HEAT OPTIONAL --- 1 --- request quote on desired pool temperature & pre pay as a extra payment request or as above.

* For folks like me that enjoy to float around in spa like temperatures of 95+ degrees after golfing --- guests that want to experience this priceless treat & have booked for a week, 14 hrs of constant pool heater would achieve this priceless condition at no extra cost

--- alarm system is mainly on when property is unoccupied, but available for guests to use.
--- No cameras inside the house, but garage & outside property is monitored by ring.com cameras.
---- The front spotlight camera & doorbell camera are always on.
---- The garage camera monitors private storage lockers.
---- The two outside backyard cameras can be turned off upon request for privacy.
---- To be inclusive to everyone like ones wth secret mate, etc, there is an easy way to be unseen ---- with garage door remote, you can drive on & off the property into garage as the camera monitors people only & not cars.

For the golfers, there are several golf courses nearby, like Wigwam, two Verrado courses, & Coldwater Springs golf course which is less than a mile away. ---- The property is 7 miles away from the Phoenix International Raceway where they have NASCAR races twice per year.--- The Cardinals football team play in Glendale which is less than 15 minutes away. There is a Wildlife World Zoo very close perfect for kids. Multiple grocery stores and other amenities such as pharmacies, Starbucks, and Blockbuster nearby. Shop at Estrella Falls, Westgate outside mall, Desert Sky Mall and Arrowhead on west Bell Road 20 minutes away on the 101 freeway. Tons of antiquing nearby. Also walking and biking trails near property.

Why our location: Avondale is an excellent location to stay in the Phoenix metro area for access to other state destinations such as the Grand Canyon. There are baseball training facilities nearby, where you can get up close and personal with the major league players and watch them train and play. Watch multiple teams train and play at different sites during training season, end of Feb, March, and start of April.

Who is most suited for this vac home?: This property is perfect for families with kids that want to experience what Phoenix has to offer. The west side of phoenix is much more affordable than the Scottsdale area. Stay in style at this location and save money to spend on all of the great activities nearby. Wheel-chair friendly with not a single step or stair.
