The house was beyond fantastic!! We would give it 10 stars if we could. The house & grounds were immaculate- from the magnificent pool, fabulous tennis/pickleball/basketball court, plenty of well lit outdoor seating and outdoor kitchen, fire pit…we could go on and on. We literally felt like we had our own resort. The rooms were spacious, with comfortable beds & plenty of room to unpack so we didn’t feel like we were living out of suitcases. Darlene was always responsive and helpful both before and during our stay. It was hands down the most beautiful vacation home we have rented and we can’t wait to come back again!

Amazing family retreat

The house was even better than pictured. We had an amazing family getaway here. The property management staff were absolutely amazing and super attentive to all of our requests. We needed help with some of the facilities and the team came right over to help us address everything promptly so we could make the best of every single minute and they went above and beyond to ensure it. 10/10 I highly recommend this property. There was so much space for all of our guests to spread out. I can’t wait to revisit!!

The property was amazing!!! It had EVERYTHING we needed for a fun family weekend. There were enough rooms for everyone. It was clean and well maintained. The host was very accommodating. Would definitely rent this property again!

Location was great Beautiful house with resort back yard. Perfect place for a relaxing weekend. Couple issues that shouldn’t be issues for this type of property and the money spent for the property. Pool table needs to be replaced. Pool balls look like they were rolled over concrete. Pool cues were missing tips. Ice maker not working, iron has rusty water, towel rack missing. Garbage disposal stopped working and handy man was able and I come in and fix and bring a new iron. Place needed some landscaping care. These should not be issues on a multimillion dollar property. Some cleanliness issues. Bugs inside, ant infestations by the pool and big spider webs by the outside bar. That’s why we gave 3 stars. Property should be immaculate

Great property, needs some repairs to make it a 5 star. Several things weren’t working when we were there which was a downer. Ice machine, outdoor tv and speakers at pool bar, indoor speakers, gym equipment, hot tub. Staff was great and very responsive.

Great location, lacking a basic feature

Our family had an amazing time together at this property. The heated pool was great! Learning to play pickleball was fun. The kitchen was top notch. We couldn’t ask for anything better regarding the property itself. Two reasons I give this a 4 star rating: 1. They had someone come twice to “measure” for a new grill due to the main outdoor grill being out of service. I was in that area when both individuals came and neither had any type of measuring device with them. 2. When a home costs thousands of dollars for just a few days I would think the owner could provide basic cable services. One nightly fee would probably cover the cost of cable for a year. This would easily be a 5 star experience for the money spent if it weren’t for these two simple things. A multi-million dollar property with no cable.

What a getaway!

We had a wonderful time at this property. The outdoor space is as advertised, with plenty of equipment for us to play pickle ball, basketball, shuffleboard, and more, plus a beautiful pool. ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE

Considering this special place is just for you and your party, this property is hands down better than any resort you can find in the area...you get all the same amenities coupled with all the privacy one could ever hope for. The amazing pictures do not do the place justice. Sparkling and brand new interior with big bedrooms and new appliances. The backyard is ENORMOUS. The pool area is so expansive and the waterslide is a great touch. Not to mention, an amazing tennis court, basketball court, putting green and amazing covered patio. You are really in your own private world/oasis and we were sad to leave. The internet is high speed and works great but the TV situation is not ideal as they do not have cable and only Hulu, however they are up front about this so it was not a surprise. My family and I have been staying at short-term rental properties for our get-togethers for almost 20 years now and this was by far the best property we have ever had. RD and his team do a great job communicating and ensure their guests have everything needed during their stay. 5 STARS is not enough.

Beautiful home with everything you could possibly want!

I can not say enough about this wonderful property. We were able to get the family together here during Covid and never had to leave the property. Our 16 guests ranged in age from 6 mo. to 65. We had plenty of space for all of us. The 6 grandkids loved all the outdoor activities-especially the slide! The adults played basketball, ping pong, pool, tennis, pickle ball, shuffleboard and practiced putting! We hired a chef one night and had a delicious candlelight dinner outside. The house was very well equipped with all the comforts of home. Antoinette was very easy to work with and was so accommodating. We have rented many vacation properties and this one was outstanding! We highly recommend this home!

Absolutely perfect!

We were a family of 15 ranging from 69 to 5 and everyone had a wonderful time. Antoinette was great to work with and was available immediately for any question we had. The home is immaculate and the kitchen was completely stocked with anything you could possibly need. The outdoor space was everything you could possibly want. If we could rate it higher than 5 stars we would! We can’t wait to come back!

We go to Scottsdale once a year to visit my son who's attending school. My husband and I invite our couple friends and my son includes some of his local friends. I'm an Interior Designer and all I can say is that it's very, very well designed and furnished. Never have I seen this quality in a rental property. One of our guests is a professional chef friend who has cooked for Presidents, First Ladies, Senators and The Greenbriar. He said it was the best appointed home kitchen he has ever seen. While he orchestrated the over all menu many interested chipped in and learned from him. There was something for everyone. While some were in the kitchen others were on the tennis court then chilled in the outdoor room then to sink some putts. Some reviews said it is like a resort. I say it was better than a resort because it was your own private resort. Antoinette cares for her guests and her property like I've never seen. There was something for everyone.
