HORRIBLE HOUSE WEEK!We were REALLY disappointed with our stay. We brought our family for spring break, but from the start, things went wrong. The entry code didn’t work, leaving all seven of us stranded with luggage outside. Once inside, the house looked nice at first glance, but the kitchen sink was BADLY damaged and stained. Did not even want to use it! We found old food both inside and outside on the cabinets. The BIGGEST issue was that we requested the pool to be heated, but it never was. The hot tub also smelled awful, and the water was cloudy. Despite contacting the host, multiple times, no one ever came. So SAD to see the kids cry and none of us able to swim during a very hot week!!! We also had a shower that wouldn’t drain, and though we were promised a handyman, he never arrived, so my husband fixed the gross drain himself. On top of that, the front room rug was stained, and the couch was uncomfortable. Kitchen supplies were sparse—just the bare minimum—and you are only given one washcloth and one hand towel per person all week. Had to do laundry on them. Soap dispensers not filled as stated.If this is what you want, book it.It was NOT what we expected for a vacation.”
