What a fantastic trip! The location of this house makes it perfect for sun-worshippers! A south-facing private backyard that allows for pretty much constant sun all day, along with a very quiet and safe neighborhood in combination with the amazing heated pool make this a dream home! The house was well stocked with a decent compliment of spices, pots and pans, and such to help out with your cooking. The house was clean when we arrived, and getting a hold of the owner was quick and helpful if there were any problems or questions. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable and everything was in very good condition. We really enjoyed the backyard, and were surprised to learn that there were a small group of wild parrots (rosy faced lovebirds) that were living in the mesquite tree in the backyard. The local grocery store nearby is very nice, and old town Scottsdale is a very short drive away. Out of all of the times that we have come to Phoenix, this is one of the best houses that we have stayed at, and we are definitely booking again soon! Some great restaurants to try in the area are San Tan Flat, Trevor's Liquors for their pizza, it's unreal, Velvet Taco in Scottsdale, Defalco's Deli, Aunt Chilada's, and Old Town Pizza.,
