    Villa Signature is een split master appartement met 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers in het hart van North Scottsdale met alle voorzieningen die u nodig heeft! Het appartement bevindt zich op het 2e niveau van een gebouw met 2 verdiepingen. 1 overdekte parkeerplaats en voldoende parkeerplaatsen voor gasten beschikbaar. De grote kamer biedt een flatscreen-tv met Blue-Ray Player en een uittrekbare bank voor in totaal maximaal 6 gasten. De volledige keuken kijkt uit op de Grote kamer en heeft een ontbijtbar en een eethoek. Geniet ook op het balkon van een drankje of uw ochtendkoffie. De split slaapkamers bieden beide kingsize bedden, flatscreen televisies, inloopkasten en volledige baden met een bad / douche combo. Photos on line were accurate. Host was available and provided door code as soon as we were in town. Property was clean appliances fully functional. Pool was clean and fitness room had great equipment. This property is close to grocery stores, pharmacies and restaurants. Parks are nearby and it’s an easy drive to Old Town and the Fashion Square.

Excellent location for the Barrett Jackson. We were able to walk approximately 20 min to the event. Great restaurants close by. Unit was perfect, had all we needed.Communication was excellent, questions were answered quickly, thank you. We enjoyed our stay!

Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. Condo is very close to everything you could possibly need. Kitchen was well equipped. Bedrooms are large with good sized closets and dressers. Bathrooms are very nice.

Well equipped condo in a great location. Towels were stained and smelled of mildew upon arrival, pool key card did not work. Mostly good stay, host was not as receptive as others we have had.

Great spot! 5 minute walk from grocery store, restaurants and much more. Super clean and includes all amenities as advertised. Pool was amazing

Perfect location for the area for food, golf and outdoor activities. Condo Pools, a great place to spend the day after early morning hiking. A wonderful location to hide from the winter in Indiana.

It’s just ok

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Definitely nothing that list this condo next to a busy, loud road, or 2nd level which still turned out just fine but he place was not very clean. The walls, fire suppression system, fans, and ceilings were covered is dust bunnies. The kitchen ceiling was by far the worst I’ve ever stayed in with dust bunnies covering the walls and ceiling. The bathroom towels were stained, crusty and old and wasn’t sure if they were even washed. The soap dispenser is all rusty in both bathrooms and my suggestion to that is spend maybe $5 and get new ones. The shower fixtures were all rusted out and gross, base was stained and dirty with hair everywhere. The shower curtain liners in both bathrooms are way stained and need to be changed out and washed. It’s the little things that will make or break you and feel this place had potential if they would put in more effort and put in the upkeep to maintain it and keep it cleanliness.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very disappointed. The condo was in a very good area of Scottsdale for sightseeing, restaurants etc- only good thing. The unit was noisy, so close to the street. Too loud to use the small terrace. Fine for a weekend, but not longer. We rented for a month. The dishes/cups were chipped & scratched badly, some glasses were cracked, furniture was old, some towels stained, pots/pans old and had to scrub to get them cleaner. Furniture & bathrooms were dated. Primary br shower needed regrouting, and faucet was old & a bit rusty. Hairdryer was broken- had to be replaced. The lock on the door broke one night and we couldn't get in for hours. Property manager was minimally helpful- we had to find a night locksmith ourselves (which took a few hours with us standing outside on a colder night) and had to lay out the payment for the property manager. (we were reimbursed) TV's were old, small and not "smart" TV's. Pool was nice. Overall, would not recommend. Looked better in the photos than in person for sure.

It’s close shops, restaurants and has a fantastic community area and spotless pool.Working with Wes the local agent is great and seamless.The major issue with this particular unit is that it’s on a major road. Thompson Peak Parkway is always busy with traffic and I had to purchase a set of ear plugs to sleep with. The noise levels are incredibly loud and even trying to work during the day is a challenge. There is no way to sit on the balcony and have a conversation.Needless to say I will never stay in this unit again.

Signature condo

This was the second time we have stayed in the signature complex. This location and general property are wonderful This was our first time in this condo as the pervious one we had stayed at was already booked and this unit was also “dog friendly” Being a second floor unit was not ideal for dog walking, etc but it did work. First impression was not good the towels in secondary bedroom with downright dirty with stains. The dishwasher had 2 inches of standing water. Faucets in kitchen and main bedroom did not work. It was late in day we were tired from driving so didn’t address these until next morning. Wes the property manager was OUTSTANDING! He did address these all in a timely manor. He bought use brand new towels repaired faucets attempted to fix patio light. The unit just needs some TLC perhaps some new pillows. Make sure things are cleaned between clients. If you want great location in scottsdale close to,shopping. Great pool fitness center outdoor grill then this is for you. Again it’s on the second floor so keep that in mind.
