THE HOME

Traveling with little ones? Pack-n-play and crib sheet are in the Bedroom 3 closet. Luggage racks in every closet, steamer and iron in the primary.

Primary bath with walk-in shower. Second bath with a luxurious clawfoot tub. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and makeup towels provided.

1GB high-speed Wi-Fi throughout, central AC with Nest thermostat, and a full-size washer and dryer in the garage with detergent provided.

Saltwater pool (unheated) with loungers, floats and LED-lit umbrellas. 3 ft at the near end to 8 ft at the far end with depths clearly marked.

Brand-new 6-seat hot tub with jets and lights for cooler evenings.

Gas fire pit with ample seating for starlit desert nights, and a cozy egg chair nook for morning coffee.

BBQ grill under the covered patio with al fresco dining for eight. Backyard lights on a timer for a magical evening glow.

The entire home is yours to enjoy! Private access to the house, backyard, pool, hot tub, fire pit and all outdoor amenities throughout your stay, with self check-in via smart lock and parking in the driveway or on the street. The hallway owner`s closet is locked and not accessible to guests.

Our local team is just a message away, day or night. We give you space to enjoy your stay, but we`re quick to respond through the Airbnb app whenever you need recommendations, an extra towel, or anything at all.

SAFETY & PRIVACY: The property has exterior security cameras, including a video doorbell and a driveway camera. There are no cameras inside the home. A Minut noise monitor is in use - it measures sound levels only and does not record conversations or video.

POOL & HOT TUB: The saltwater pool is unheated. No glass in or near the pool, no animals in the pool, and no lifeguard on duty - swim at your own risk. Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult; toddlers must wear swim diapers.

HOUSE RULES: No smoking, vaping, parties or events. Quiet hours are 10 PM - 9 AM (Scottsdale is strict on short-term rental noise).

PETS: Dogs are welcome and a $50 pet fee per pet applies.

Early check-in and late check-out are available for a fee, subject to availability - just ask.
Pool heating is optional: available October 15 to May 15 for $75 per day, applied to the whole stay. Request it at least 48 hours before arrival. Heated water is comfortable for swimming but will not feel like a hot tub.
Early check-in at 11 AM is available for $145 when the schedule allows. We will reach out a few days before arrival if it is open.
Pool and landscaping service may access the backyard through the side gate weekly. They do not enter the house.

No checkout chores. Starting the dishwasher before you go is appreciated but not required.
