We are a ground floor unit with no steps. This condo was completely remodeled and finished in June of 2018. New flooring, kitchen, baths, paint, appliances, HVAC, water heater and comfortable furnishings await you.

The complex is beautifully maintained with lush grass, palm trees, 4 heated pools, plenty of lounge chaises to soak in the warm Arizona sun and public BBQ's. We have a wonderful private patio space off the living room surrounded by green plants. It's a perfect place to listen to the birds while reading a book or enjoying your favorite beverage. Our kitchen is fully equipped and easy to cook in with brand new dishes, cookware and stainless steel appliances.

After a day spent exploring the area or lounging by the pool, we have two peaceful bedrooms for your slumber. The unit has concrete adjoining walls so night time is quiet. The master bedroom is equipped with a California King bed and an attached full bath. The second bedroom has two Twin XL beds. There is a full bathroom in the hallway outside of this bedroom. The living room has a queen pull out couch. We also have a pack and play in the unit for baby. All of the beds and linens are new and we provide soap, a hair dryer and soft towels. Our condo comes with a covered parking spot and plenty of off-street visitor parking near the unit. Jump on the free Scottsdale Trolley to get around or hail a local golf cart taxi.

The condo is a quick 20 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, 10 minutes to Talking Stick Casino, 7 minutes to Salt River Fields (Spring training home to the AZ Diamondbacks and the CO Rockies), the Giant's stadium is walking distance in Old Town as are the best restaurants, bars and fun western shops. Old Town has beautiful art galleries and there is a free art walk on Thursday nights throughout the area. World class shopping is available across the street at Fashion Square mall. There is a Harkins Theater, Nordstrom, Dicks, Macy's, Neiman Marcus, Tesla store, Shake Shack and hundreds of other stores and restaurants. The unit is 20 min from Westworld which houses the Arabian Horse Show and Barrett Jackson Auto Auction. We are also 20 minutes from the PGA Phoenix Open Golf Tournament. Love to hike? The Cholla Trailhead for Camelback Mountain is just over a 1 mile walk away. The view of the entire valley is stunning from the top but be sure to bring lots of water!

The dining table has seats for four along with four additional seats at the breakfast bar. We also provide a booster seat for baby so everyone has a comfy chair to sit and eat. Our living room has two comfortable couches for lounging and a flat screen TV with over 60 channels for you to enjoy. We offer free WiFi for all of our guests.

Laundry is just a few steps outside your front door. We offer a wheeled hamper for easy travel. No need to worry about quarters, download the app and pay with your credit card or apple pay. We provide laundry pods for your convenience.
