Nestled in the scenic northern reaches of Scottsdale, this property offers a tranquil desert escape surrounded by natural beauty. The neighborhood blends wide-open desert landscapes with upscale residential charm, giving guests both privacy and a true sense of the Sonoran Desert. Just minutes away, you’ll find trailheads leading into the McDowell Sonoran Preserve, championship golf courses, and local favorites for dining and shopping. With clear skies and stunning views of nearby mountain ranges, this area captures the peaceful essence of North Scottsdale living.



Getting Around:

While tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, the home is well positioned for easy access to Scottsdale’s best attractions. The 101 Loop and Scottsdale Road are a short drive away, connecting you quickly to Old Town’s dining and nightlife, Kierland Commons, Desert Ridge, and some of Arizona’s most acclaimed golf courses. Hiking, biking, and horseback riding are all nearby, while a car remains the most convenient way to explore Scottsdale and beyond. For air travelers, Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is about 35 minutes away, and Scottsdale Airport is even closer for private or regional flights.



Other Things to Note:

The pool, BBQ grills, and outdoor dining areas are shared community amenities available to all residents and guests. Please be respectful when using these common spaces.



Each unit includes one assigned parking space, with limited additional guest parking available on a first-come, first-served basis.



This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the home, and a non-refundable $250 fee will apply if this rule is violated.



Pet Policy: We welcome dogs with a non-refundable pet fee of $175, but they must be approved prior to your stay.



A Pack-N-Play and highchair are available upon request for guest use.
