Property is equipped with the following items to accommodate the max occupancy of the home: basic dining, cooking, and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and other drinking glasses, cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons, and more. We also provide a spice rack, salt, and pepper. No other cooking supplies are provided unless left by previous guests (oil, sprays or other cooking ingredients, foil, cling wrap, etc.). Home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and laundry detergent. The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. There are also fully equipped laundry rooms with washer, dryer and steamer. FAQs:
1) Will I need to meet the property manager to get a key?
The property has keyless locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.

2) Do you provide daily cleaning service?
We provide a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.

3) Can we have the pool heated?
YES! Pool can be heated for an additional charge of $75/night. Guests must notify us 48 in advance so the pool can be prepared and brought up to temperature.

4) Do you allow pets?
Unfortunately, not at this time.

5) Do you have a hot tub?
We do not. We have a heated pool
If the police are called due to partying or excessive noise and issue a citation, that amount will be debited from your security deposit.
