The property owner is required to provide guests with important safety information and outline responsibilities under the Town of Fountain Hills Town Code. Guests must certify compliance with all applicable regulations. This property may not be used for any nonresidential or otherwise prohibited activities as defined in Fountain Hills Town Code Section 8-6-5. Violations may result in civil penalties starting at $500, in addition to any other applicable fines or enforcement actions. Housing registered sex offenders at this short-term rental is prohibited by both Arizona State Law and local ordinance. As required by local regulations, the property owner will conduct a basic background check for all guests prior to arrival.
