Very disappointed with my stay. I specifically requested an ADA accessible room due to my disability, but did not receive one. Because of this, I was unable to safely take a shower due to the tub setup, and even the TV was frustrating because the volume appeared to be controlled and could not be adjusted properly.
To make matters worse, I was placed on the 3rd floor. The first room had fleas, so I had to be moved. The second room was covered in dog hair, and I spent the entire night wheezing and struggling to breathe.
I also parked in the handicap parking area, but the nearby entrance key door was broken and would not work. I was forced to walk around to the opposite side of the building just to enter, which was extremely difficult given my disability.
No mgr on duty but acting person in charge stated the Manager Kim was off for weekend,also stated that I would receive a refund and a callback, but I never heard back from anyone. Overall, this was a very stressful and uncomfortable experience, and unfortunately I cannot recommend staying here.
