Pool is not heated. Propane grill for outdoor cooking, Screened in patio for enjoying the beautiful weather bug free, Steel tip darts for fun and competitive entertaining!
The dining room has seating for 6 people and the kitchen has an eat in high top table. The kitchen is fully stocked, with everything you need to feel at home with granite counters and stainless steel appliances!

Sleeping arrangement for up to 8 guests (6 Adults maximum)
Main bedroom- 1 King
Second Bedroom - 1 Queen
Third Bedroom - 2 Twins
Air mattresses provided are 1 Queen & 1 Twin

Children ages 6 and older are allowed

Parking: Two small vehicles can fit in the garage & you’ll have two more spots on the driveway. No Street Parking.

In an effort to be good neighbors, we want to keep the noise and traffic to a minimum. We have additional rules below. We do make exceptions to these rules on a case by case basis.

Quiet Hours are 10pm - 6am (HOA/noise sensitive neighbors, no parties or loud events)
Groups of all adults under 50 years old MAY not be accepted.
Travelers without reviews MAY not be accepted.
Primary guests under 40 years old MAY not be accepted.
Bookings less than 7 days in advance MAY not be accepted.
Guests booking under someone else's account MAY not be accepted.
Guests paying with someone else's card MAY not be accepted.
Creepy Crawly Pool cleaner must remain in the pool. If removed the system will overheat quickly and cause a meltdown.
No street parking at all times. The driveway and garage are available for your use.
No events allowed like birthday parties, wedding dinners, reunions etc.
Additional visitors are limited. Guests staying and visitors cannot exceed 8 adults at any time.
